Terminology: Before translation, if the client provides references,
the translator(s) will go over especially the translation of the
terminology before kicking start the project  so as to ensure the
translation consistency. In the process of translation, if the
translator(s) encounter unsure terminology and something
questionable, the translator(s) may promptly consult with the
other members of the special translation team or the technical
staff of the client.

   We generally proofread each translation project twice, namely：
   The first time of proofreading focuses on the accuracy of  terminology.
   The second time of proofreading focuses on  fluency of the translation.

As requested by our clients, we can provide multiple soft copy
formats such as Word, Excel, PDF, Indesign, AI and Web, and
also print out the finalized translation, in a bookbinding form.
 

As the first contact with the client, the project manager should not only be
meticulous in translation, and also have keener  visual & aesthetic
requirements on the overall typesetting. Therefore, the project manager
still needs to have final check on the proof-read finalized translation.

Translation task force: Before formal translation, the project manager needs to
set up a special translation team together with the translation supervisor and the
graphic editor, to jointly make arrangements for the specific translation project,
estimate the total workload of translation, quoted prices for the translation, the
translation line, and typesetting and printing matters. We will arrange
professional translators to translate according to their professional fields.
